Casual as Fuck 1999/2000

There were two notable things about this season, we made it a consecutive hat trick of TCSL league and cup doubles and we also lost our very first game in the league, losing 1-0 to a dodgy pk up in Ojai. Still five years and 64 league games unbeaten was fairly good, we had to lose sometime it was just a shame given the manner we lost.
This didn't effect us too much as we eventually won the league with 4 games to go.
A lot of old faces returned from the year before but the main addition was a young Steve Holland, quite possibly our best player ever along with Jimmy Northam and he certainly had an eye for goal.
My highlight was scoring twice against the Celtics from the halfway line within a minute, gk Norbert scoring against Malibu with a last minute penalty kick and beating Camarillo United in the cup final with 10 men.
This was the season of the hat trick as the goals went flying in.
